Sistem Penunjang Keputusan Bursa Kerja Khusus SMK Pertiwi Cilimus Menggunakan Metode AHP

ABSTRAK- Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kurangnya efektifitas dan efisiensi Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK) SMK Pertiwi Cilimus dalam pengolahan data calon tenaga kerja guna mendapatkan kualifikasi calon tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan perusahaan. Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK) adalah lembaga pelayanan antar kerja di satuan pendidikan menengah kejuruan. Sistem Informasi (SI) sangat penting dalam meningkatkan evektifitas mengolah, menyimpan, dan menyebarkan informasi, terutama sistem berbasis web yang berkembang pesat saat ini.
Penelitian yang berjudul “ Sistem Penunjang Keputusan Bursa Kerja Khusus Smk Pertiwi Cilimus Menggunakan Metode AHP” ini memiliki tujuan mengembangkan sistem penunjang keputusan (SPK) seleksi calon tenaga kerja di Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK) SMK Pertiwi Cilimus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi observasi dan wawancara untuk mengumpulkan data rekrutmen di BKK SMK Pertiwi Cilimus serta studi pustaka untuk mendukung landasan teori. Metode AHP diterapkan untuk memberikan pembobotan berbagai kriteria yang dibutuhkan perusahaan sehingga hasil seleksi rekrutmen yang didapat bisa optimal dan efisien sesuai dengan kriteria yang dibutuhkan.
Melalui rangkaian analisis masalah dan penerapan sistem informasi yang digunakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem penunjang keputusan dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) ini dapat diimplementasikan di BKK SMK Pertiwi Cilimus dalam menentukan calon tenaga kerja secara lebih optimal, efektif dan efisien.

ABSTRACT- This research is motivated by the lack of effectiveness and efficiency in Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK) SMK Pertiwi Cilimus in processing prospective worker data in order to obtain the qualifications of prospective workers needed by the company. Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK) is an inter-work service institution in vocational high school education units. Information Systems (IS) are very important in increasing the effectiveness of processing, storing, and disseminating information, especially web-based systems that are currently developing rapidly.
The research entitled " SISTEM PENUNJANG KEPUTUSAN BURSA KERJA KHUSUS SMK PERTIWI CILIMUS MENGGUNAKAN METODE AHP " aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS), for selecting prospective workers at the Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK) of SMK Pertiwi Cilimus. The research methods used include observation and interviews to collect recruitment data at the BKK of SMK Pertiwi Cilimus as well as literature studies to support the theoretical basis. The AHP method is applied to provide weighting of various criteria needed by the company so that the results of the recruitment selection obtained can be optimal and efficient according to the required criteria.
Through a series of problem analysis and application of the information system used, it can be concluded that the decision support system with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method can be implemented in the BKK SMK Pertiwi Cilimus in determining prospective workers more optimally, effectively and efficiently.
