Author Fees

Article Processing Charge (APC)
NUANSA INFORMATIKA applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to support the cost of editorial processes, layout, DOI registration, and online publication.

  • Submission Fee: Free – Authors are not charged for submission and initial review.
  • Article Processing Charge (APC):
    For each article accepted for publication, the author is required to pay an APC of IDR 450,000 (four hundred fifty thousand rupiah).
    This standard APC covers a manuscript up to 10 (ten) pages following the journal template.

For manuscripts exceeding 10 pages, an additional fee of IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand rupiah) per extra page will be charged.

Important:
A Letter of Acceptance (LOA) will only be issued after the article has been accepted through the peer‑review process and the APC (including any extra page fees, if applicable) has been completed.
Payment instructions and bank account details will be sent to the corresponding author via email after the article is accepted.

All manuscripts go through regular review procedures under our standardized editorial management system.
NUANSA INFORMATIKA does not offer a fast‑track service.
Every submission is processed according to the same rigorous double‑blind review and publication workflow.

What the APC covers:

  • Editorial workflow and copyediting
  • Similarity checking (Turnitin/iThenticate)
  • DOI registration
  • Final typesetting and online publication
  • Long‑term archiving

There are no additional fees beyond the APC and extra page charges (if applicable).
